By using CD storage technology, a massive amount of data can be archived, for example, by using just two or three CDs, instead of seventeen or eighteen 3-4" presentation binders. Once the CDs are created, it is a very simple operation to produce copies from the master for distribution. The CDs are formatted with an 'auto-run' feature that will automatically start the CD once inserted into your CD drive. Included on each CD is a front page and index, which allows quick and efficient navigation throughout the documentation. Using this storage method, the advantage is that the information is secure and can be reproduced at a fraction of the cost of conventional printing or photocopying. This will also save valuable office and warehouse space, which can be used in more cost-effective ways. Instruction Manuals We produce instruction manuals (installation, operating/instruction and maintenance etc) on CDs that are fully indexed and very user-friendly. This method offers high security of data (preventing of printing or editing, if required) and can be revised or updated with the latest information.
